  1. Talk with your family doctor about any concerns that you have about your child.

  2. Your family doctor will refer your child to a pediatrician for further investigation.

  3. Talk with the pediatrician about your concerns

  4. The pediatrician will refer your child to Interior Health for an assessment.

  5. Interior Health makes a referral to NONA where the assessment will occur.

  6. If diagnosed a referral is made to our local Community Living Services office

  7. Talk with a Social Worker about your funding options.

  8. Any questions regarding the assessment process and/or NONA’s Under 6 Autism services can be directed to our Family Support Social Worker at 549-1281.
